Refund policy

Returns – please read this carefully

BEFORE you return your purchase, please email: shop@planetjunko.com to inform us of your return and include your name and order number.

Returns within the 30 day period in the UK are free. We will refund 2ND CLASS ROYAL MAIL (SIGNED FOR) POSTAGE  (cost around £4.20). You just need to visit your local Post Office to post your kits back to us.

Please DO NOT use 1st Class or Special Delivery to return any kits.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. We accept that the packaging may have be opened. We have the right to refuse a refund if the toy has damaged or missing parts lost or damaged.

We count the date of the return as the date upon which you posted your kit back to us, not the date we receive it.

Unfortunately, international returns are not free and postage is at the purchaser’s own cost.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card for the purchase price (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit as soon as possible, depending on your card issuers policies. Postage is refunded either via PayPal or BACS transfer.
