Shipping policy

 

UK orders over £12 will be sent Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 (UK) Delivery. Orders under £12 or under are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Deliveries are dispatched same day for orders before 12pm, Monday to Friday. Orders after that time will be dispatched the next working day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. UK Bank Holidays are excluded from our working days.

You will receive an email confirming when you item has been dispatched.

International shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund. 

 

Damaged goods

If for any reason your order arrives to you damaged or is damaged upon inspection please send pictures of the damaged product to shop@planetjunko.com

We will either replace the broken damaged or missing parts or send a replacement - whichever you prefer. We will require the damaged kit to be returned if we replace it.
